Hmmm. Where to start le? Long story wor. The whole planning started just one day before Hui Lu's bday (the devil of procratination, even bday celebration planning oso we procrastinate nowadays). Anyway, Wei Ling, Yasmin, Kelsey and I pakat-ed. Actually we planned to have the celebration during the first math period. But unfortunately, when I went to buy the cake, I forgot one very important fact - my fridge is too small and its already exploding with my housemate's food! Too bad. Have to collect the cake the next day after 10am cos the shop opens only at 10am. So the celebration had to change to second math period liao.
So that night itself few of us msn each other. Starting with Wei Ling and I and we were discussing the agenda for the next day. Then Yong Chee Yew joined in so we explained the agenda thoroughly to him. He still suggested we should sing the bday song in cantonese version. And GUESS WAT? The next day he wasn't present. Gak dao already. Then Tze Cheng and Edwin joined in I think. Cos I'm still a bit blur blur sometimes whether its Edwin or Edward. Paisehhhh. Actually our ultimate aim was how to make the class high. So Wei Ling and I kept stressing MUST SING LIKE A MAN and STAND UP and CHEER and PASS THE MSG AROUND!!! Then Chee Yew, Tze Cheng and Edwin oso very semangat-ed liao and they agreed to do so for the following day. Tze Cheng oso helped us prepare the tissues for the cake and I suggested if worse come to worse we just use toilet paper then. :p
The following day....
Kelsey asked Mr Lai permission to celebrate Hui Lu and Shu Fang's bday during first math period. She wasn't online the night before so couldn't convey to her that our plans changed already. Anyway, manage to find a chance and tell her before the math period. Phew, first crisis resolved. Den the lesson droned on and on. Wei Ling and I still brainstorming on how to make Hui Lu and Shu Fang sit together without arousing suspicion so that it'll be easier and more convenient for the plan to be carried out. we were thinking of switching their places when the second row(middle) ppl leave the classes for break. Unfortunately, they left their bags in class so our plan crashed. Yikes! What to do??? *frantic liao*

Before Wei Ling and I went out to collect the cake during break time, Wei Ling was complaining to Shu Fang that the place we were sitting like Winder Wonderland only. Whole lesson cannot concentrate at all cos too cold already. Den I oso chipped in and kind hearted Shu Fang offered to switch places with us. Den Wei Ling and I thought that would be 'Perfect!' for our plan so we just play accordingly and continue to act naturally so that Shu Fang won't suspect anything.

After that, Wei Ling and I had to make up a crap reason to escape from Shu Fang and Yasmin to collect the cake at Secret Recipe. That was quite easy since Shu Fang blur blur that day due to sleep deprivation of the previous night. After collecting the cake, we went to the cafeteria to put it in the freezer so that the cake will remain nice and yummy!
After break was Biology, so Wei Ling and I were thinking how to cabut to cafeteria. Wei Ling suggested that we say we were going to the washroom. Then immediately I said 'NO!!!' cos Shu Fang definitely 100% will follow us so we came up with the second crap reason. No need to bother wat reason we chose la. Anyway, it succeeded. Haha. So we rushed down the flight of stairs and went to the cafeteria to set up the candles. The candle holder was really sucky so we just stuff the whole candle on top of the cake instead. And use the back stairs to get to the class quick cos the other stairs would have been flooded with human traffic jam. Before we went in the class, we tried to light up the candles but the wind was just so unhelpful so we just lighted up the one big candle only.
Background info:
Mr Lai was suppose to keep Hui Lu and Shu Fang in class and not let them go out to toilet. BUT he kept failing cos one went in then the other went out. Finally, two of them remained in class. Kelsey suppose to off the lights but cos it would too obvious that we were up to sth so we asked Mr Lai to off the lights and pretend to show us video clips after we miss call him.
Anyway, we miss called him but somehow he din receive it. Both Wei Ling and I were standing outside the class telling him to switch off the lights but he din get what we were trying to convey to him. Somemore he still opened the door and asked "What?! Oh, off the lights ar? Okay lo." What de......
And we rushed in with the birthday cake and said HAPPY BIRTHDAY SHU FANG AND HUI LU!!! And started with the english version and the chinese version of bday songs. Kim solo-ed one line of the korean version bday song. Nice one, Kim!! We lighted up the rest of the small candles while they were singing. Hui Lu and Shu Fang proceeded by making a wish and cutting the cake together. They were totally surprised by us. You all should have seen their faces. Haha. After that we started to dip cream on both their faces! Yippee! We din miss out Mr Lai's share of course! Haha. He threatened Wei Ling with her forecast results, as if that would work! Wei Ling definitely gonna aced Math right, Wei Ling? *winks!*
Overall, our class was really cooperative and the responses were good! Keep up the good work everyone! Looking forward to the next birthday celebration! :)
